SousVideTools® IV250 Chamber Vacuum Sealer
The SousVideTools® IV250 Chamber Vacuum Sealer is a compact chamber vacuum sealer, ideal for marinating, and is capable of vacuum sealing and packaging just about anything, including liquid-rich food ingredients – something which other standard vacuum sealers simply can’t do. Most vacuum sealers operate using suction, sucking the air from a vacuum bag which is then sealed. The problem with this method is that liquids can also be sucked from the bag, resulting in a messy film of oil or liquid along the sealed edge which can even leave an imperfect or incomplete seal.

It has a strong, professional vacuum pump with a 70 litres per minute capacity. The double weld seal guarantees no leakage. This sealing system is also used for liquid, heavy or difficult to package products such as spices or powders. The SousVideTools® IV250 Chamber Vacuum Sealer has an integrated clamping bracket for a firm hold on vacuum pouches that contain liquids.

This high quality vacuum sealer made of stainless steel with a tempered glass lid has versatile functions including: combined vacuuming and sealing with individual settings for hard and soft, as well as dry and moist foods, manual sealing, automatic marinating in the bag. Using the SousVideTools® IV250 Chamber Vacuum Sealer is effortless and can be done in as little as four simple steps.
- Place the filled pouch into the chamber - Ensure the open end of the pouch is laid flat over the seal bar.
- Close the lid - inspect the pouch through the clear view lid to ensure it is positioned properly
- Press the ‘Auto Vac & Seal’ Button - sealer will maintain previously used Vacuum & Seal time settings and will run the entire vacuum and seal cycle with the press of a single button.
- Open the lid and remove the bag - Your vacuum sealed food is now ready for storage or cooking.
The SousVideTools® IV250 Chamber Vacuum Sealer is also suitable for vacuuming containers.

200 x 300mm Boilable Chamber Vacuum Pouches (pack of 200)
Boilable food-safe vacuum pouches, specifically designed to withstand the temperatures of sous vide cooking, but can also be used for storing any kind of foods. These vacuum pouches can withstand temperatures up to 110°C over 100 hours, whereas other pouches would swell & delaminate.
Ideal for Sous Vide Cooking. The pouches are made to the highest quality, and their strength means that as well as being ideal for sous vide cooking, they can also be steam cooked, microwaved or boiled in a pan. These puncture resistant pouches protect your food from freezer burn and dehydration. They are transparent, allowing for easy identification of the product. The food is contained in a polyethylene (PE) food-approved inner lining, which is then protected by a fully airtight polyamide (PA) outer shell.
