This range of products has come from our vast work with Chef Mark Birchall and Food Scientist Dr. Chet Sharma of Moor Hall, Aughton near Ormskirk. In this range we have brought science and technology together to enable new culinary inventions. Every item in this range is used in our Tool Shed research kitchen by our chef director Chris Holland with the assistance of Mark and Chet. Stocked with a Culinary Centrifuge, a Rotary Evaporator, the Control Freak, a Josper, A BergHOFF Ceramic BBQ, a Gastrovac and of course our Rowzer Frozen Food Blender. All of these items are available for demonstration in our Lancaster training facility.
