PolyScience vacuum sealer bags are specially designed for use in sous vide cooking, and are also ideal for storing foodstuffs or any kind of dry goods. They have an embossed pattern for efficient use with external vacuum sealers, and their tough construction means they can cope with high temperatures, freezing, and microwaving.
The vacuum sealer bags are made from two bonded layers – a tough and airtight polyamide external shell, with a food-safe polyethylene inner lining.
The bags are available in three sizes. These small bags come in packs of 30, and measure 150 x 250mm
