Tough, smooth, and boilable, these chamber vacuum pouches are 80mu gauge and come in seven sizes - ideal for use with any type of chamber vacuum packing machine.
The bags are made to the highest quality, so as well as sous vide cooking they can be steam cooked, microwaved and boiled. They are able to withstand high temperatures, making them ideal for sous vide applications such as cooking vegetables above 120°C, and they can easily withstand cooking times in excess of 100 hours.
Foodstuffs are sealed within a food-approved polyethylene (PE) lining, and this is protected by a fully airtight polyamide (PA) outer shell. They are also certified PBA free.
These tough and boilable pouches deliver excellent performance thanks to high quality construction, efficient sealing, clear film, and lengthy food storage times.
