Our smooth and boilable 80mu chamber vacuum pouches come in seven different sizes and are specially designed for use with all makes of chamber vacuum packing machines.
The pouches are high quality, and their strength means that in addition to sous vide cooking, they can also be steam cooked, microwaved or boiled in a pan. They comfortably withstand high temperatures, making them ideal for sous vide applications such as cooking vegetables above 120°C, and they can easily be cooked for over 100 hours.
The food is contained in a food-approved polyethylene (PE) inner lining, which is sealed within a fully airtight polyamide (PA) outer shell. The bags are also PBA free.
