The bags are made to the very highest quality, and can be steam cooked, microwaved, or boiled in addition to their primary use in sous vide cooking. They can withstand extreme temperatures, making them suitable for sous vide applications such as cooking vegetables above 110°C, and they can comfortably endure cooking times in excess of 100 hours.
The food is contained in a food-approved polyethylene (PE) lining, which is then protected by a tough airtight polyamide (PA) outer shell. They are also certified free of PBA’s.
