It has been brought to our attention that certain Excalibur model 4400 4-tray 220 volt dehydrators that were sold between June 1, 2021 through June 14, 2022 may have sustained damaged in transit while being shipped from Excalibur in the United States to our warehouse in the UK via ocean cargo vessel.

We take great pride in offering the Excalibur brand of dehydrators. Rather than allowing consumers to use a product that may not meet the high-quality standards they can expect, and in the interest of consumers having a very favourable experience while using Excalibur products we would like to offer to replace this product.

Any Excalibur 4 Tray model 4400 4-tray 220 volt dehydrators that were purchased between June 1, 2021 through June 14, 2022 are to be returned and a replacement unit will be issued. We will provide new Excalibur model 4500 5-tray 220 volt in replacement for the Excalibur model 4400 4-tray 220 volt dehydrator.

Please note we are unable to offer replacement dehydrators without the collection of your old device.
