I need help with a product under warranty
We are sorry to hear you have an issue with a product purchased from us. Please fill in the below form and we will be in touch.
Please do not send any items back to us until you have been contacted by our customer service department. Goods sent back under warranty without a authorisation number will not be able to be processed.
Important Note Return To Base Products:
Please ensure all products that are return to base are suitably packaged and sent back with the appropriate insurance to cover the value of the item as Gastronomy Plus Ltd cannot be held accountable for any damage that could possibly occur during transit. If any goods are received damaged we will inform you of this once the item has been inspected by our engineer for you to decide your preferred course of action.
Please note the warranty on your piece of equipment covers all normal breakdown of goods. However any issues that arise due to misuse, incorrect operation of the unit, not cleaning units or damage will not be covered by the warranty and any work carried out to diagnose this fact would be chargeable to £150.00 + VAT. In addition due to health and safety rules all items that are to be looked at by our engineers need to be in a suitable condition and clean. Any items returned to us to be worked on that are in an unclean state and unsafe to work on will require a deep clean before we can work on the item. If this is the case you will be contacted for payment to do this prior and we will not be able to work on your item until this has been done.
