It has been designed for extensive use in any professional kitchen, complete with a 2 year warranty to match. Accuracy of 0.1°C. Included as standard are 6 stainless steel partitions.

    The SousVideTools® Fresco 400 features a 16m³/h SousVideTools Vacuum Pump & a 400mm Sealing Bar. Full vacuum takes 15-30 seconds. The maximum bag size is 400mm x 450mm. It features an easy-to-use digital control panel & easy-to-read pressure indicator, 10 programmable options, pump cleaning program and marination program. 2 Year Warranty.

    Home Compostable food-safe vacuum pouches, specifically designed to withstand the temperatures of sous vide cooking, but can also be used for storing any kind of foods. These vacuum pouches can withstand temperatures up to 85°C over 12 hours, whereas other pouches would swell & delaminate.
