This specially made Sous Vide Foam Tape is designed for use with all types of temperature probes and vacuum pouches.
Simply stick a length of the foam tape on to your vacuum pouch to ensure that the vacuum pressure within the pouch is not lost when piercing it with a thermometer probe.
This tape is 1metre long by 20mm wide and 4mm thick from which you can cut the exact size required.
This product is also FDA approved unlike cheaper alternatives. It uses a food safe adhesive.
