This Luna Hotel pressure cooker is a professional pressure cooker made from 18/10 stainless steel with a unique lid with a central opening handle lock. This unique locking handle has no locking point on the pan and can therefore be single-handedly opened and closed in any position. The base size of this professional unit is 320 mm diameter with a height of 195mm. A regular lid can be used for normal cooking and pans are available separately too.
The Luna Hotel pressure cooker has 2 cooking settings. The gentle setting is for delicate foods such as fine vegetables or fish, while the speed setting is for meats and stews.
