    Product Description

    Throughout the day, you will gain practical experience in live-fire and outdoor cooking, including temperature control, smoking, woodfired cooking, flavour balancing, preparation techniques, and plating. You’ll leave with the confidence to recreate restaurant-quality dishes at home, along with a deeper understanding of how to maximise the potential of premium outdoor cooking equipment.

    Once you’ve worked up an appetite, enjoy an alfresco lunch, sampling everything that you and your classmates have made throughout your visit!
