Designed for clams and vegetables, this deep stainless steel grilling basket lets heat and smoke circulate around ingredients while keeping them safely contained over the Kasai. Toss and turn clams, mussels, peppers, mushrooms, asparagus and chopped vegetables with ease, building smoky charcoal flavour without losing a thing through the grill.
Designed for ingredients that would normally be difficult to cook directly over charcoal, this deeper basket keeps small food contained while exposing it to the heat and smoke of the Kasai. Toss in clams with garlic and herbs, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, peppers, asparagus tips or mixed seasonal vegetables. Shake and turn as they cook for blistered edges, smoky flavour and brilliantly simple live-fire sides.
