TAURUS® MYCOOK SERVICE
Here at SousVideTools.com we know that having your Taurus® MyCook operational is business critical. We provide a Taurus® MyCook maintenance and repair service throughout the UK and can repair and service all Taurus® MyCook machines. We have trained engineers who can provide a quick response to customers who need emergency repairs and routine servicing Taurus® MyCook.
Regular servicing of your Taurus® MyCook by an official service partner is recommended annually to maintain optimal performance.

A typical Taurus® MyCook service includes:
- Inspection and Cleaning: Comprehensive examination and cleaning of internal and external components.
- Component Testing: Assessment of key parts to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Lubrication: Application of appropriate lubricants to moving parts to reduce wear and enhance performance.
- Calibration: Adjustment of the machine's settings to ensure precise operation and consistent results.
- Identification of Worn Parts: Identification of any damaged or worn components to prevent future malfunctions. We will provide a quote for any replacement parts needed.
- Software Updates: Installation of the latest firmware or software updates, if applicable, to improve functionality and address any known issues.
We also offer service contracts: with visits to suit your business demand either 3 monthly, 6 monthly or annually.
Our Service and terms: According with standard practices we charge call-out and travel plus labour per hour with same day or 24 hour response whenever possible. We do not normally charge a call-out for pre-planned servicing at a reasonable distance from our factory. Any non-scheduled repair call would involve a call out charge. Labour is always charged.
