Sous Vide Containers & Lids

Whilst a thermal circulator is an essential piece of equipment for the sous vide technique, you’re going to need a container to act as your water bath. One of our sous vide containers makes the perfect partner for your sous vide device and we’re pleased to offer a range of sizes: 11.6 ltr, 18 ltd, 20 ltr and 45 ltr polycarbonate containers and 28 ltr stainless steel ones; all available with custom cut lids.

Our polycarbonate containers are made from virtually unbreakable polycarbonate, BPA free, suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +100°C and are priced from just £14.99.

All lids come pre-cut, sized to fit the range of circulators which we offer, as well as those for a number of alternative devices, including those by Anova. The lid is easy to place over the tank and can be removed quickly and easily during a busy service, whilst providing insulation when cooking sous vide to ensure water is not lost through evaporation.
