This range of products has come from our vast work with Chef Mark Birchall and Food Scientist Dr. Chet Sharma of Moor Hall, Aughton near Ormskirk. In this range we have brought science and technology together to enable new culinary inventions. Every item in this range is used in our Tool Shed research kitchen by our chef director Chris Holland with the assistance of Mark and Chet.
