PACOJET SERVICE
Here at SousVideTools.com we know that having your PacoJet operational is business critical. We provide a PacoJet maintenance and repair service throughout the UK and can repair and service all PacoJet machines. We have trained engineers who can provide a quick response to customers who need emergency repairs and routine servicing PacoJets.
Regular servicing of your PacoJet by an official service partner is recommended annually or after processing approximately 2,000 beakers (20,000 portions) to maintain optimal performance.

A typical PacoJet service includes:
- Inspection and Cleaning: Comprehensive examination and cleaning of internal and external components to remove food residues and prevent contamination.
- Component Testing: Assessment of key parts, such as the Pacotizing blade, protective outer beaker, and spray guard, to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Lubrication: Application of appropriate lubricants to moving parts to reduce wear and enhance performance.
- Calibration: Adjustment of the machine's settings to ensure precise operation and consistent results.
- Service Kit included - Any parts required outside of the standard service kit will be identified and quoted for separately.
- Software Updates: Installation of the latest firmware or software updates, if applicable, to improve functionality and address any known issues.
When sending your PacoJet for service, include the Pacotizing blade, protective outer beaker, and spray guard, preferably in the original packaging.
We also offer service contracts: with visits to suit your business demand either 3 monthly, 6 monthly or annually.
Our Service and terms: According with standard practices we charge call-out and travel plus labour per hour with same day or 24 hour response whenever possible. We do not normally charge a call-out for pre-planned servicing at a reasonable distance from our factory. Any non-scheduled repair call would involve a call out charge. Labour is always charged.
