This stainless steel fish grilling basket holds delicate fish securely so it can be turned confidently over the Kasai without sticking, tearing or falling apart. Ideal for sea bass, bream, mackerel and other whole fish, it makes it easy to build crisp skin, smoky flavour and beautifully succulent flesh over live charcoal.
Designed to make whole-fish cooking easier, this stainless steel basket keeps delicate skin and flesh supported while you turn it over hot charcoal. Try sea bass stuffed with lemon and herbs, whole bream, mackerel or trout brushed with garlic and olive oil. The basket gives you control over the cook while still allowing smoke and radiant heat to create crisp skin and beautifully succulent fish. Made from stainless steel for durable live-fire cooking, it is designed to give you more control over ingredients above the charcoal while still allowing the heat and smoke of the Kasai to do the flavour work.
