This slim double stainless steel grilling basket securely holds delicate fish, seafood and vegetables, allowing you to turn everything together over the Kasai without losing food through the grill. Originally designed for kokotxas, it is equally at home with prawns, small fish pieces, asparagus and other precision cooks.
The slimmer double basket is ideal for narrow or smaller ingredients that can be awkward to manage directly on the grill. Fill it with asparagus, spring onions, sardines, prawns, strips of courgette, tenderstem broccoli or small fish fillets, then turn everything together in one movement. It is a simple way to get close to the charcoal for blistering heat, smoky flavour and beautifully charred edges. Made from stainless steel for durable live-fire cooking, it is designed to give you more control over ingredients above the charcoal while still allowing the heat and smoke of the Kasai to do the flavour work.
