Secure the fish, turn it in one movement and develop beautifully crisp skin and smoky, succulent flesh without the frustration of sticking or breaking. Perfect for generous sea bream, sea bass and similar whole fish.
With extra room for larger fish, this basket lets you cook impressive whole seafood confidently over the Kasai. Ideal for a generous sea bass, sea bream, large mackerel or trout, it keeps the fish secure as you turn and reposition it above the charcoal. Season simply with sea salt, lemon and herbs or brush with miso or chilli butter for crisp skin, juicy flesh and unmistakable charcoal flavour. Made from stainless steel for durable live-fire cooking, it is designed to give you more control over ingredients above the charcoal while still allowing the heat and smoke of the Kasai to do the flavour work.
