A beautifully simple way to cook smaller whole fish over charcoal. This medium stainless steel fish basket keeps delicate fish secure as you turn it over the Kasai, helping you achieve crisp skin, even cooking and that unmistakable smoky charcoal finish. Ideal for smaller sea bream, mackerel and individual whole-fish portions.
Designed for whole fish, this stainless-steel basket holds delicate skin and flesh securely while you turn it over live charcoal. It is perfect for trout, mackerel, smaller sea bream or sea bass. iBili specifies it for barbecue, oven or direct-fire cooking; the close-fitting design keeps the fish in place and makes turning safer and easier.
*Please check the dimensions of this accessory against the cooking area of your Kasai grill before purchasing, as compatibility varies between Kasai sizes.
