This double stainless steel basket securely holds sardines, octopus and other seafood so you can turn the entire cook quickly and evenly over the Kasai. It delivers direct heat, smoke and beautiful char while keeping delicate or awkward ingredients under control. Brilliant for sardines, tentacles, prawns and smaller vegetables too.
Purpose-built for seafood that benefits from fierce, direct heat, this basket makes sardines and octopus particularly easy to handle over the Kasai. Grill whole sardines until the skin is crisp, char pre-cooked octopus tentacles with lemon and olive oil, or use it for prawns, small mackerel and other delicate seafood.
