    The SousVideTools 28 Litre Compact Water Bath with tap has a bright blue touch screen display that can be seen across the kitchen. It has been designed for extensive use in any professional kitchen, complete with a 2 year warranty to match. Accuracy of 0.1°C. Included as standard are 6 stainless steel partitions.

    SousVideTools® Fresco 400+ Vacuum Packing Machine

    The SousVideTools® Fresco 400+ features a 16m³/h SousVideTools® Vacuum Pump & a 400mm Sealing Bar. Full vacuum takes 15-30 seconds. The maximum bag size is 400mm x 450mm. It features an easy-to-use digital control panel & easy-to-read pressure indicator, 10 programmable options, pump cleaning program and marination program. It includes a free servicing pack & features a 2 Year Warranty./p>

    Home Compostable food-safe vacuum pouches, specifically designed to withstand the temperatures of sous vide cooking, but can also be used for storing any kind of foods. These vacuum pouches can withstand temperatures up to 85°C over 12 hours, whereas other pouches would swell & delaminate.
