With this system you can aerate chocolate in this 1/2GN container that can be placed in the fridge to set.

This 1/2GN External Vacuum Container and hose you SousVideTools iCucina External Vacuum Containers are designed for bagless vacuuming of delicate foods such as soft fruit, salads, flowers and other products that were not previously vacuum-able. With this system you can aerate chocolate in this 1/2GN container that can be placed in the fridge to set. You can also vacuum pack salad without crushing it extending the shelf life by up to 72hrs. Both the containers and clear lids are reinforced for extra strength under vacuum to stop them from crushing inwards, and replaceable seals ensure a long service life. To use simply place External Vacuum Container Hose over the valve of the container lid. Start the vacuuming process on the vacuum packing machine, at the end of the process the SousVideTools iCucina container locks automatically due to the reduced pressure. To open the container again simply push the container valve so that an gap can emerge, and the vacuum pressure will be relieved.
