In this way, you prevent germ infestation of the cooking system, ensure necessary hygiene standards (HACCP), guarantee unadulterated taste experiences, ensure high product quality and extend the service life of the Pacojet. With the 2-step cleaning process, you can clean it easily and without additional accessories. For the best possible cleaning, we recommend using the special Pacojet Cleaning Tabs.
Attach the pacotizing® blade and spray guard, fill the pacotizing® beaker to the maximum fill line with 40-58 °C warm water, add a Pacojet Cleaning Tab, attach the pacotizing® beaker and protective beaker, start cleaning process.
Perform rinsing cycle with clear water.
The 2-step cleaning process is display-guided on the Pacojet 4 and the latest generation Pacojet 2 PLUS. On older Pacojet models, you can stop the cleaning after two completed cleaning cycles.
