Pacojet Coupe Set - essential accessory set for processing fresh, non-frozen food. A new "twist" in food processing: extend the versatility of Pacojet to the fresh food area. The functional design of the Pacojet Coupe Set offers a significant advantage compared to many conventional food processors. Instead of attaching the rotating blade to the base of the machine, the Pacojet blade (or whipping disc) moves from top to bottom – through the fresh food to the bottom of the cup – resulting in an end product of uniform consistency.

    Product Description

    The blades cut through the fresh food in just one step, with optimal processing results. No frictional heat is generated when mincing meat and fish. Hygiene is guaranteed, freshness and colour are preserved.

    The Pacojet Coupe Set cuts gently through herbs and spices, preventing a loss of aroma.

    After processing, the blade automatically returns to its starting position above the cup - the contents of the cup can then be easily removed.

    Fresh meat, salmon, tuna or shrimp are processed into a fine tartar in just 60 seconds.

    Slice, chop, mince, mix, blend and whip fresh food - all at the push of a button. Simply fill the raw products (e.g. fish, meat, herbs, fruit, vegetables, spices, cream, protein, milk, etc.) into a Pacojet cup, add other ingredients and spices of your choice, select the appropriate accessory from the Pacojet Coupe Set and on Press Start.
