Method

A devilish infusion of dark delights, this cocktail will get you ready to do the monster mash all night long.

  • Add gin, red wine, berries, ginger, sugar, and lemon juice to a blender, blend on high, sieve into a jug and transfer to a vacuum pouch.
  • Seal using your Sous Vide Tools Vertical Vac Packer.
  • Infuse in a water bath at 45°C for 30 minutes.
  • Chill the pouch in ice water
