Halloween Demon Blood Cocktail

- 100ml gin
- 50ml red wine (Merlot or Shiraz)
- 50g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 4 slices Ginger
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ó tsp lemon juice
- Ice to serve

Method
A devilish infusion of dark delights, this cocktail will get you ready to do the monster mash all night long.
- Add gin, red wine, berries, ginger, sugar, and lemon juice to a blender, blend on high, sieve into a jug and transfer to a vacuum pouch.
- Seal using your Sous Vide Tools Vertical Vac Packer.
- Infuse in a water bath at 45°C for 30 minutes.
- Chill the pouch in ice water
