Ingredients

150g oats
35g dried cranberries
60g chopped peanuts
30g cashews
10g raisins
30g vegan chocolate
2 bananas
30g agave syrup (vegan)
20 ml water

Dehydrator
Airtight Container

Method

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside
  2. Blend together the bananas, syrup and water until smooth
  3. Mix in with the dry ingredients until fully combine
  4. Spread onto a dehydrating sheet about 1 cm thick
  5. De-hydrate for about 8 hours, flipping half way through
  6. Once firm, store in an air tight container or vacuum pack individually for an on the go snack when ever you want
