Method

  1. Boil the skin and then simmer till the skin is soft
  2. Remove skin from pan and scrape off all the fat
  3. Place the in the Dehydrator at 55°C for 16 hours or until the skin is hard
  4. Remove from dehydrator and then place in oven at 200°C until it puffs up
