cosy up with a warming bowl of soup | The Tool Shed

cosy up with a warming bowl of soup

As we pack away our suncream, paddling pools and barbeques it’s time to embrace all the wonderful things about the autumn and winter months. Cosy knitted jumpers, roaring fires and those beautiful frosty mornings. Of course, as the temperature drops, so does our desire for food typically enjoyed during the summer months, such as salad or barbecued food. Instead we seek out warming stews, family roasts and hearty soups.

At Sous Vide Tools we have created some delicious soups that, made using a water bath are really easy to prepare and taste fantastic. If you’ve never made soup sous vide before, then take a look at some of the recipes below. We are sure that you will feel inspired and because soup is so versatile, if we use something you do not like simply adjust the ingredients to suit your own preferences!
