Our website and app are fully operational, and you are still able to purchase what you need from us through our website, and we continue to despatch orders within 24hrs. To check the status of parcel deliveries, simply log onto our website and access any tracking via your order history, in the my account section. Alternatively you can download the DPD app. We continue to deliver to over 130 countries.
Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Public Health England have said that there’s no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages. This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water.
Deliveries are currently on time but this may change. Our carriers will contact customers who are affected on a case-by-case basis. More significant updates will be posted online. Please check our website for the latest information. We will also continue to connect with our customers through our social channels.
I can’t express enough, how immensely grateful I am to all of our colleagues for everything that they have done and continue to do. The way we have come together to overcome the challenges that are being presented is truly remarkable and I’m so proud of every single member of our team. It goes without saying that we will do everything possible to support our wonderful teams throughout these uncertain times.
