- Pre heat your water bath to 90°C
- Place the garlic bulb into a heat proof kilner jar, season and fill with oil until covered.
- Close the lid and carefully submerge the jar into the bath then cook for 3 hours until soft.
- Once cooked, carefully remove the jar from the bath and allow to cool completely.
