Ingredients

1 bulb of garlic

Vegetable oil to cover

Salt

Method

  1. Pre heat your water bath to 90°C
  2. Place the garlic bulb into a heat proof kilner jar, season and fill with oil until covered.
  3. Close the lid and carefully submerge the jar into the bath then cook for 3 hours until soft.
  4. Once cooked, carefully remove the jar from the bath and allow to cool completely.
