Sous Vide Citrus and Fresh Peppercorn Flavoured Tequila

  • COOK TIME: 8 Hours
  • PREP TIME: 10 Minutes
  • DIFFICULTY: Easy
  • SERVES: Many

Ingredients

  • 75cl Tequila
  • 20g fresh green peppercorns, crushed
  • 70g sugar
  • 1 lemon, sliced 
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced

Equipment

Method

  1. Set your water bath or circulator to 64°C
  2. Place all the ingredients into a pouch or suitable sized kilner jar and remove air
  3. Cook for 8 hours or overnight, once cooked allow to cool
