These guilt free crisps are a great alternative to the potato version and are delicious either on their own or served alongside your favourite dips. We particularly love them with guacamole! They also taste great in salads or as croutons in soup.
- Chop the courgettes into thin slices
- Arrange the slices on your dehydrator trays
- Dehydrate at 40⁰C until the courgettes are crispy
