  • 3 medium Organic Apples (do not peel, just wash)
  • 3 ripe Bananas
  • 150g Ground Sunflower Seeds
  • 2tbsp Water
  • 200g soaked Dates (pits removed)
  • 200g Raisins (do not soak)
  • 1tbsp fresh Ginger (peeled and cubed)
  • 1tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2tbsp Apple Pie Spice
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt




These cookies are so easy to make and taste absolutely delicious. Trust us, one will not be enough!


  1. Slice the peeled bananas and chop the apples into chunks before transferring to a food processor and blending until semi-smooth.
  2. Add the remainder of the ingredients (not the raisins) and continue to blend until the mixture is smooth
  3. Pour the raisins into the mix and use a spoon to fold until combined
  4. Take spoonfuls of the mixture and arrange on lined Excalibur dehydrator trays
  5. Allow to dehydrate for between 18 and 24 hours at a temperature of 40⁰C
