  • 5 lbs Tomatoes


Use your dehydrator to make delicious tomato seasoning.


  1. Thoroughly wash the tomatoes before removing the core
  2. Slice thinly and arrange on lined dehydrator trays. Ensure that the tomato slices do not touch
  3. Allow to dehydrate for 11 hours at 57⁰C . Half way through dehydrating, loosen and flip the tomatoes to prevent them sticking to the liner sheets
  4. Once the drying time has finished, transfer the tomatoes to a blender and blend until the they resemble a fine powder
  5. The powder can be stored in either zip lock bags or jars
