Ingredients

  • 75cl of whisky
  • 3 granny smith apples
  • 60g honey – smoked (use a smoking gun if you cannot purchase)

Method

  1. Set your water bath or circulator to 64°C
  2. Place all the ingredients into a pouch or suitably sized kilner jar and remove air
  3. Cook for 8 hours or overnight, once cooked allow to cool
