Sousvide Tools will once again be exhibiting at this years Restaurant Show at Olympia London between the 1st October and 3rd October 2018. As well as exhibiting a wide range of Sous Vide and modernist equipment, the team will be running free Modernist Cooking demonstrations twice daily providing tips and techniques that utilise our extensive range of modernist culinary equipment. Based around our hugely popular modernist culinary course being run at our London, training and development kitchen (Toolshed@W2), the Restaurant Show demonstration will follow the same outline of the course but in a 1hr easy to follow format combined with a tasting experience which explores and pushes the boundaries of taste and textures.
Under the direction of our talented and award-winning development chef Chris Holland and Josh Adams, visitors will gain useful insight into equipment such as the Sage Commercial Antigriddle (inspired by Chef Grant Achatz at Alinea Restaurant in Chicago) for making instant frozen desserts as well as other revolutionary equipment which are not just about Sousvide.
The Modernist Culinary Demonstration is free and will take place twice daily on the SousVide Tools stand GC21 right in front of the competition theatre in the Olympia National Hall on the ground level. Visitors to the show are encouraged to register their interest and book onto the demonstrations as places will be provided on a first come first served basis and will be limited to 5 places each session.
