Antony Ward, Brand Manager of SousVideTools commented, “This is the second year that we have supported this fantastic competition by way of offering all finalists the option to use our SousVide devices.  This year five of the ten finalists (Stefan Included) chose to cook with our brand new Ivide Plus SousVide Cooker which was fantastic. Cooking in a water bath can really accentuate and infuse the flavours in the Kikkoman sauces so it was a great combination for the finalists.”
