SOUS VIDE CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD LETTUCE WRAPS
This fun sous vide recipe combines all the best bits of a tasty sandwich and a healthy salad and is sure to go down a treat at any picnic. We think even the kids will love these wraps with a twist! They are so easy to prepare that you can rustle them up as soon as the sun comes out and a picnic is declared!
SOUS VIDE BUTTERNUT SQUASH AND VODKA PUNCH
Ok, so perhaps this recipe isn’t one for the kids but if you’re partial to a tipple in the sunshine then this vodka punch has to be your beverage of choice! Using just three ingredients, it’s simple and cheap to make and tastes fantastic. The best bit is that it can be refrigerated for up to two weeks, meaning you can make it when its raining and dig it out on a sunny day perfect for a picnic.

With lot of fresh ingredients it is as healthy as it is delicious, and it takes just 60 minutes in the water bath! Serve with your favourite rolls or sandwiches for a filling outdoor lunch.
