Ingredients

  • 1 spring white cabbage – washed
  • 1 chicken oxo cube
  • 1 tsp roasted chicken dripping
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp sugar

Equipment

Method

  1. Set your de-hydrator to 55C
  2. Carefully separate the cabbage leaves away from each other and remove the stalk
  3. Place the cabbage leaves into a bowl then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well, making sure not to damage the leaves
  4. Layer out the cabbage onto the de-hydrating trays and leave for 4-8 hours or until crisp
  5. Store in an airtight container

Chef’s Tip:

Serve broken in a chicken salad for added texture and flavour
