Ingredients

  • 300g Cavolo Nero  – washed and destalked
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Bovril powder
  • 1 tbsp oil

Equipment

Method

  1. Preheat your de-hydrator to 60C or set your oven to the lowest temperature
  2. Place all the above ingredients into a bowl and mix well
  3. Layer the cabbage into the de-hydrator or onto a tray evenly and cook for 6 – 8 hours or until crisp
  4. Once crisp, store in an airtight container
