    Ingredients

    • 400g of chestnuts mushrooms sliced
    • 4 tbsp of soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp ground ginger
    • 1 tbsp garlic granules
    • 2 tbsp wasabi and sesame pre mix spice
    • 1 ½ tbsp Shaoxing rice wine vinegar
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp sushi vinegar

    Equipment

    • Dehydrator
    • Airtight Container

    Method

    1. Set your dehydrator to 60°C
    2. Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well
    3. Place the mushrooms onto dehydrator trays and cook for 8-10 hours or until crisp
    4. Once crisp, remove from the dehydrator and keep in a airtight container
