- 1 small handful chopped parsley
- ½ Lemon

This simple but delicious Barbecued Langoustines cooked on the Kasai grill is the perfect starter for 2, let the succulent langoustines cooked over coals do the talking and keep this dish all about the ingredients.
- Melt your butter in a pan and stir through the chopped parsley.
- Dress your sliced langoustines with a little oil and sea salt.
- Place, cut side down onto your grill and allow to char for 30 seconds.
- Flip the langoustines over and brush with the parsley butter.
- Allow to cook, shell side down for 1.5 minutes before removing from your barbecue.
- Plate and dress with more parsley butter and a squeeze of lemon juice.
