2 Pear cut in half and core removed
2 Kaffir lime leaf finely cut up
1 Lime zested
1 tsp Icing sugar

- Pre heat your water bath to 75°C
- Dust the pears with the icing sugar, then season with the zest and kaffir lime leaf.
- Cook for 45 minutes or until just soft.
- Remove from the pouch once cooked and serve.
